Simple workout tips for everyone

Exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime

Keep it tucked. In other words, try to keep you tummy tucked. This will stabilize your back, you will look taller with a smaller tummy, and you will also strengthen your abdominal muscles. When you have a few moments any time of the day, you can simply tuck in your tummy, hold it for a few seconds, let it go, and repeat 10-12 times.  (Related:  Tummy by Thermage)

Tuck the butt. Like your tummy, your gluteus can also benefit from the exercise suggested above. Besides, it improves your posture. When you have a few seconds, tuck in your butt, hold, release, and repeat. You are helping your buttock muscles get tighter and in a matter of weeks you should see a great improvement on your figure.  In other words, you can wait before you need butt augmentation.

Up and down. If you are washing dishes, put a short stool or anything else a few inches higher where you can stand up. Put the ball of your feet on this aid and go up and down. This is an excellent exercise for your lower legs and you can do it without even thinking as if you are doing an exercise.  (Related article:  How to avoid making mistakes while working out?)

Stretch. When you go to the restroom, do a few stretching exercises. This will relax you and give you extra energy, particularly if you have been sitting in one place. This is how you can do it. Stand up straight, take a deep breath in, and let it go out. Repeat, and this time as you breathe in, lift your right arm all the way up, and observe the stretch on your side muscles. Work your legs. When you go to the bathroom or have a few minutes for yourself, do this simple exercise. Stand up straight with the legs about hipPicture of a woman exercising by jumping. width apart. Put one leg in front of you and the other leg behind you. Flex the leg in front of you and feel the stretch. Repeat the exercise with the other leg. 

Will these types of simple exercises turn you into a Jennifer Lopez (Jennifer Lopez fitness) or Jessica Alba? Probably not, but it is a good start. Plus, you will burn some calories, engage the muscles of the body that you do not normally do, and the results will add up over time.
