First, Elle Macpherson says that she does not want to have plastic surgery because she wants to age gracefully and does not think it is a great idea to mess around with what Nature has given you. Reasonable explanation considering that she is all for being natural.

Sandra Bullock, on the other hand, also does not want to go under the knife but for an entirely different reason. She thinks that she is just too ugly to see any improvement from cosmetic surgery. Most of us would disagree with her on her looks but it does make us wonder if she is just too humble or she has some serious body image issues or she was just being funny!
