This eatery features seasonal Tuscan specialties, all natural and organic meats and poultry, and housemade pasta. Chef Don Curtiss and his wife Michelle Quisenberry (both pictured above with Jennifer Hudson, Chandra Wilson, and India Arie) served Organic American Wagyu Kobe Beef Tenderloin at the NAACP Image Awards.

The restaurant also sells Curtiss's signature seasoning salts: Volterra Fennel Salt and Porcini Salt.
