Since then we have seen a complete meltdown of Britney Spears that involved exposing herself, dressing inappropriately for a mother of two, stripping down to her underwear to swim on the beach, and stealing clothes from a photo shoot.

Now Matt Encinias recounts a night of wild partying with her in which Britney Spears stripped down to her panties and acting like a high school girl, played "truth or dare" asking Matt to strip too. Then she forced a kiss on the man and finally tried to seduce him. “I was dared to get naked and get out of the pool and walk as though I was on a catwalk in a fashion show,” says Encinias. “Britney was laughing really hard.” All this was happening in the company of her entourage. Man, she is a nymphomaniac.
