Ingredients Groundnuts ½ kg (1 lb.) Sugar 1/4kg (1/2 lb.) Butter 1 teaspoon Instructions Roast groundnuts in the grill till they are golden brown and then crush them. Melt the butter on the stove and add the sugar. Stir and melt it well, being careful that it shouldn’t burn as it may taste bitter. Use medium heat. Add the crushed nuts to the sugar butter melt and mix well. Switch off heat. Get a round spoon and scoop out to make into balls. Place on a plate and allow to cool.
