How Geri Halliwell lost weight after pregnancy?

The secret is probably her diet

There are some classic stories of how celebrities lost weight (in some cases after being pregnant): Leah Remini, Oprah, Heidi Klum, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Drew Barrymore, and others. You can learn a lot from each one of them and apply them to your diet and exercise program.
There is a one celebrity, however, that will totally disappoint you if you were expecting some kind of a sophisticated program: Geri Halliwell. According to her interview in OK! she says that she does not weigh herself (a requirement in Jerusalem Diet but she stopped doing that because of her previous bout of an eating disorder) and is working towards a happy weight goal.

Her secret to weight loss (133 lbs when pregnant to 105 lbs): nothing. She does not even go to the gym. She says that just running around taking care of her daughter Bluebell burns enough calories. Plus, she is also a big believer in breastfeeding, which has also helped her lose weight.

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with linseed and sunflower seeds
