spring-cleaning time.
Not only for your
closet, but also for your body. This could be a great time to try some
detox
program. Our bodies also need a break.

New weather, new clothes
Most of us accumulate a lot of clothes that either do not fit us well, or plain and simple, do not look good on us any more. This is a good time to try on all our clothes and give to charity or sell on
eBay. Do this with anything that is not worth keeping. Repair what has to be repaired and dry-clean/clean anything that is not in ready-to-wear shape. Your
wardrobe has to be well organized so that you do not agonize every day, “What should I wear today?”

Do something daring
On the TV program
“Look 10 years
younger” (this program should be called “Look at least your age”) one of the activities is to ask people to do something that is new and
exciting for them. A new activity will challenge you and give you a sense of accomplishment and pride. It will make you believe in your dreams even more.

Try something you are afraid of or something you always have wanted: boxing, jumping from a plane, gymnastics, swimming, scuba diving, wall climbing,
modeling classes, etc.
Eat healthier
Include more
raw veggies in your
diet. They are healthy, packed with nutrients, and delicious.

It is renewal time for Nature and also renewal time for you.
Get rid of winter skin. Have a
pedicure in a salon or do it yourself,
exfoliate your body so it gets ready for summer fun, have a

facial.
Spring is more than gardening and cleaning. Pick a time for you too. |
