When do breasts stop growing?
Of course, every girl
has her own growth pattern but breasts
typically start to grow around the time
of onset of puberty. By age 20 or
so, breasts in most girls are fully
developed. During the course of
your life, you will see changes in
breast size due to various
reasons: pregnancy,
lactation,
weight loss/increase, illness,
etc. However, it is not possible
to control the rate of breast size
changes.

How to increase my breast size?
There is nothing
that can be done for increasing breast
size. If someone is telling you
that by using a pill or cream or lotion
your breasts will grow, they are lying
and trying to rip you off. Any
products that are marketed as
all-natural, herbal supplements for bust
enhancement are not tested for their
claims by the Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) and thus marketers
can literally claim whatever they
want. Most marketers will write in
the fine print that "Individual
results may vary" and that
basically means that they will work for
no one. Most women are too
embarrassed to complain about these
companies or to ask for their money back
and that is why there are literally
thousands of these companies in the
United States cheating unsuspecting
women. (Related

Are there any exercises to get bigger
breasts/for saggy breasts?
No exercise will
increase your breast size. However,
regular exercise is critical not only
for development of your physique but
also to maintain a healthy
lifestyle. Therefore, you should
always exercise regularly to have good
overall health that will be reflected in
your physique. Women who exercise
regularly and continue to do so after
pregnancy and in later years have perky
breasts for a longer period.

Are there any foods that I can eat to
have larger breasts?
Breasts are
essentially fat tissues. Thus,
consumption of large amounts of fats or
carbohydrates will result in larger
breasts in some cases but at the same
time you will put on weight in all other
parts of the body too. One, there
is a likelihood that you might put on
weight all over the body, and two, you
will become overweight and that will
make you unhealthy. Fat
and carb-rich diet is not recommended at
all. Hence, we do not think that
food is a way that you should use to
increase breast size.

Can I have a normal intimacy even if I
have small breasts?
Absolutely.
Breast size has no relationship
whatsoever with how much pleasure you or
your partner feels. Even if your
breasts are tiny you will feel normal
sensation in your breasts and nips when
you are intimate. Breasts
are visually attractive to some men but
you can still attract the attention of a
man and please him by following a few
simple tips. (Related link: How

Can I feed my baby properly if I have

Most women will have
no difficulty in feeding their
child. However, if you have a
problem you should consult your
doctor. The problem is probably
not related to your breast size and your
doctor can find out the problem.

Can I find a lover/husband even I am
flat-chested?
There is simply no
correlation between marriage probability
and breast size. Millions of women
in America are happily married or have
great relationships. Their
partners love them for who they
are. According to a survey
conducted by MSNBC, 71% of men were
completely happy with the size of their
partner’s breasts. Our research
is showing that millions of men actually
like only flat
chested women. You
just have to find them. (Related

Should I wear a bra even if my breasts
are small?
A bra serves multiple
purposes: modesty, support, and
style. There are many instances
where it is expected that you will wear
a bra. In any case, most women who have a B or
a larger cup should wear a bra regularly
for proper support and avoid/delay
sagging. The larger
the cup size, more regular should be the
use of a bra. Small-breasted women
can avoid wearing a bra sometimes but
there are several options to get some
level of support at the bottom but the
major part of the chest still
being
completely exposed, for example, with a shelf
bra.

What are the risks of plastic
surgery/breast implants?
While the technology
has improved significantly in recent
years, some
complications are still common
with breast augmentation
surgery for a small number of women. Many women do not like the
scars either but some new techniques
create minimal scar in parts that are not normally seen.
A new procedure also allows 24
hour recovery for breast augmentation patients.

I would like to have larger nipples. What can I do?
For women who wish to
have large or erect nipples (or just the
look), plastic
surgeons now can inject a
dermal filler like
collagen or insert cartilage taken
from the your ear. You can also try to use a nipple
enlargement kit (a much less
reliable, though less expensive option) and hopefully you will see improvement.

18.
Are small or big breasts better?
There is no simple
answer to this. Big breasts are
likely to sag sooner. Small
breasted women rarely have saggy breasts
even in old age. However, some
women feel more feminine and confident
with big breasts and many men admire
such women.

I am ready to buy an enhancer bra.
What size should I buy?
We typically suggest
that you go one or two cups larger than
your current size when buying an
enhancer bra. For example, a woman
with A cup breasts would look much better with a C-cup. But remember that the change will be
dramatic and almost everyone will notice the change.
If you are comfortable with that go ahead.
With B cup, yes, there will be only remarkable improvement (as opposed
to 'dramatic'). Many people will miss it if you are wearing a loose
dress, for example. So think about your situation, style, and how you will handle the
questions from people around you. (Related

Is it possible for men to have big breasts without being fat?
Yes. The condition is called Gynecomastia,
which means "women-like breasts." Unfortunately no one talks
about it, it's actually quite common. According to the
American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Gynecomastia affects an estimated 40 to 60 percent of men. It may affect only one breast or both. Though certain drugs and medical problems have been linked with
male breast overdevelopment, there is no known cause in the vast majority of cases.
However, the good news is that this can be corrected through
relatively inexpensive plastic
surgery. You must consult a plastic
surgeon.

37. I have lots of hair on my breasts. Is there a way to remove these hair?
If you want a natural (but temporary) solution, then
sugaring
may be a good way to do it. But you may want to consider permanent hair removal using either
electrolysis or
laser hair
removal. Some women also prefer waxing. It is best to contact a dermatologist or
spa to consider your options.

38. Will bread crust make my breasts bigger? Or milk? My friend drank two bags a milk one day, and the next week she was growing!
If you eat bread crust or drink milk, what you are doing is consuming a lot of
carbs and fat - both of which will increase your weight. This will also increase your breasts, but we do not recommend this. Putting on weight is just unhealthy and for many women the additional fat deposits on the tummy or thighs rather than the breasts.
If you are already past your teens, it is impossible to do much to your
size anyway. And do not go by the experience of your friend
or family member- each woman is different.

How I can find how much my breasts weigh?
Since it is an integral part of your body, it is somewhat difficult to get an accurate measurement for weight. However, you can get an estimate using a kitchen scale. First, measure the height of the scale. Now stand straight and measure the height of the bottom of your breasts. Now try to find a table/counter etc. that is shorter than this height by the exact height of the scale. You can place books etc. on a counter to get that height. The idea is to put the scale in a way that you can rest your breast on the scale without bending. That way you will not be adding your body weight to it. Since both breasts do not have same weight, you can measure both and then take the average.
According to our research, the average breast is about a pound
(~450 grams). Please do
let us know
if you weigh yours; it helps us improve our research.
Jan Wethersby has the
following tip: Find a medium sauce pan
that will fit over your breast with some
room to spare. Fill this pan with water
and set it in a larger pan. Bend over
and submerge your breast completely in
the water. Weigh the water that spilled
into the large pan. Since flesh weighs
about the same as water, this is a good
approximation of your breast weight.

40. How do know if my breasts have
sagged? Is there some kind of way I can measure them so I
know how droopy they are?
While the best way to determine is to let a
plastic surgeon take a look (without
a bra) but here is what you can do to find out if your
breasts have sagged:
- Are your nipples horizontal (pointing
straight ahead) or pointing downwards?
- Stand in front of a mirror without a bra.
Take a ruler and measure your upper arm. Divide it by two. Now
position your ruler at this distance on the upper arm and see
where your nipples are. If they are lower than this point then
you have some sagginess.
- If your nipples are below the fold of your
breasts, that is another sign.
But remember that a lot depends on your
cup size,
weight, age, etc.
