How not to dress?

If you have been to New York City, you have literally seen it all. While you get to see the finest this dynamic city has to offer, you also see the weird. The other day while walking in one of the posh neighborhoods, I saw this woman with a male companion.

Look at her. She has a yellow T-shirt with an electric blue skirt. I know that leggings are hot and celebrities like Jessica Alba have been seen wearing them, but on this woman they look hideous.

Now let us look at those shoes. Yes, I agree that you have to be comfortable since you have to walk so much but a pair of ballerina shoes would have done the trick (I am not a big fan of sneakers with skirt).

I am sure that you will agree with me that the handbag is an accessory that can make or break a woman's look. Her bag is so bad that I wouldn't even haul my groceries in it.

Where are you Stacy London and Clinton Kelly. This woman needs to learn how to dress. Sometimes all you need is a trip to Old Navy and even the poorest people can put together a decent outfit for less than $50, though I am sure that this woman spent a lot more on this hideous outfit.
