If you are obese, then try to be with slim people. Make some slim friends so that you can learn from them
on how to make lifestyle changes and get tips on eating and
exercising. Being
with people like you might be supporting to you but will be
detrimental in the long run.

reasonable expectations. Not
everyone can be a model. So

instead. Work towards

life. Dress well.
Go to parties. Spend
time with your friends, family, and other loved ones.

Set a goal that
seems reasonable and then muster all your
mental energy to work towards it.
- Meditate. Yoga is very helpful in helping you become a spiritual
person. It does not
have to be a religious exercise but you must find some time for
reflection and meditation.
- Listen
to music – to relax, to meditate, to
exercise, and just to feel
good about life.
- Buy
clothes of the size that you would like to have and then put them
in a place that you can see.
Eagerly wait for the day that you would be able to fit
rather than giving away all your clothes from the days you were

- Take
a photo of a family member or friend whose body you like and put
it in a prominent place so that you can work towards your goal.
- Ask
someone who cares for you to be your mentor as you work towards
your goal. Ask him or
her to motivate you along the way and stop you if you are going
off-track. Get a
life coach if you do not have someone you can trust to take the job.
