Desperate Housewives at the Golden Globe 2006
Always glamorous, always beautiful and never desperate

This bunch is so
elegant, sophisticated, and glamorous. They just look
beautiful on almost every occasion – no wonder the program has been
so successful worldwide. On the red carpet
Eva Longoria looked
better than in her pictures. Her dress was perfect for her
diminutive body and she was glowing. She may have had the wrong
tone
of tan or too much of it (it probably was
spray tan not suntan). If
her skin is already tanned and pretty, the question is Why to make
even more tanned. It did not help her.
The rest of the
bunch was perfect.
Marcia Cross used a bold color for a redhead and
she looks great in her empire-wasted dress.
Teri Hatcher was perfect (and of course at
the
Grammy Awards a few weeks later, she shocked the world by
wearing a
sheer dress that showed her
boy shorts underwear) and so was
Nicollette Sheridan. We specially love
Felicity Huffman’s dress -
simple, elegant, almost Greek Goddess like. All
of these women are over 40 and they are changing the perception of
age in the country.
