Remember in a divorce there are no winners! The victims are always the children. Imagine you have been destroyed just because of one single act of adultery. You created a broken home and end up in a court of law arguing on who should take what with your hearts filled with bitterness and pain. I believe if we start to think ahead before we do certain things, we will be able to brush off the idea or thought of being unfaithful. It is a very evil thing to be unfaithful in any area of life as the results are always devastating. Because of adultery people have been infected with dreadful diseases while other people have died of depression and end up losing hope and desire to try again. Worse still, others end up murdering the lover of their spouse out of jealousy and anger. Learn to be honest with yourself and your partner. Face them and tell them what you want or don’t want. Relationships, people’s lives, etc. are very precious things and we ought to treat them that way. Instead of being unfaithful tell your partner why you are unhappy with the relationship. Why are you ashamed to come out in the open? Is it because you know deep down in your heart that what you are doing is wrong and your conscience is speaking to you? People who chose adultery are selfish and greedy, as they want to enjoy both worlds.
