This is a bath that is both moisturizing and exfoliating. It uses the same ingredients as the cocktail.
Below is the recipe for a
relaxing bath
like a
tea
bath. What will you need?
¼ of small pineapple or 2 cups of pineapple juice
1 cup of coconut milk (fresh or canned)
1 cup of milk (fat free is better and easier to clean)
Optional 1 cup of powder milk
How to take the bath?
Mix everything in the blender. Prepare a bath with water at your favorite temperature.
Create the spa environment in the bathroom by putting aromatherapy candles or
essential oil burners.
Decorate your bathroom with flowers and clean puffy towels.
Add the concoction
to the bath water and soak yourself for 10 or 15 minutes (if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, do not use this treatment).
Sip some cold water with lime or lemon. Close your eyes and feel the relaxation in your body, particularly your muscles.
