Mimi’s creperia Plaza Mayor Madrid
Like any other tourist, we were in Plaza Mayor at dinner time, dressed up and hungry. Obviously, the first guy who charmed us with his romantic Spanish gestures had our dinner business, but the meal at Restaurante Casa Carmen, while served in typical Spanish style was not to the liking of my companions, used to eating more American style. So we left, and one of us actually hungry, and as we exited the Plaza we were face to face with Mimi’s. What could stop a hungry man from eating a crepe as his dinner and for the rest of us to have our dessert? Nothing, and we loved it so much that the next day, we went back for our afternoon snack.
