Lose weight by jumping the rope

Lynn, a woman who is committed to losing weight tells us that she is working out on the treadmill 3 times a week. "How do I start lose weight as you recommend? I haven't done it since I was a little kid," she asks.

It seems that you are already doing some exercise and what you may want to do is to jump with the rope on days you do not use the treadmill. Just do it in your family room with some music on or even while watching TV. Even if you do it for 10 minutes, that will be good for you, though we recommend that you shoot for at least 20 minutes. And to make it a lot of fun you can use some aerobics or bellydancing music or turn it into a group event by working out with someone.
