Merck getting desperate in Vioxx litigation

This past week Merck has not done too well in the Vioxx litigation drama. Yesterday, Merck got into serious trouble after two legal decisions rejected its basic arguments. We are expecting an explosion in Vioxx lawsuits after a judge allows Vioxx class action lawsuits to go forward.
