Lack of sleep affects academic performance
While there is research available that demonstratest the role that lack of sleep plays in causing obesity, a new study says that children who do not get at least 10 hours sleep every night struggle to stay focused during the day and have greater difficulties with academic performance, according to Dr. Gahan Fallone at the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. In a three-week study of 74 school children, he and his colleagues found a week of restricted sleep was significantly associated with academic difficulties and attention problems.
In other words, it is absolutely important for you to sleep well by doing what you can but definitely not with the help of sleeping pills. The best way to sleep is to change your lifestyle and use natural cures for making you and your children go to sleep.
