Workout routine:
Drew was not a disciplined person (like most of us) but
she decided to workout 3-4 times each week. Her routine
included jogging, swimming,
dancing, mini-golf,
yoga,
and Pilates.
Dieting:
Balanced meals with a lot of organic vegetables. She
does not starve herself and allows an occasional treat,
like a
taco or a
low fat dessert.
This does
not, however, mean that
weight loss
will not have consequences on your body. One of the unfortunate outcomes
is a saggy chest and there is little that she can do about
it except for undergoing a
breast lift
or getting an
internal bra treatment. |
